[TrunkCom] old Detroit type I TRS

Jeff, While at lunch I listened to the system myself. There were still a
few talkgroups in use on the system at the time, including some DPD, Exec
Protection, some DPW, Transit PD (People Mover), and a couple others. I
have no idea what happened to these people when the controller was taken off
line at 3:00.
