[TrunkCom] old Detroit type I TRS

Good afternoon everyone.  I just read on radioreference.com that the Detroit 
Type I TRS is scheduled to be decommissioned at 4:00 local time today, and I 
just gave the frequencies a monitor and they are in backup mode, but I think 
that this system is gone for good.  The last activities I heard on it were 
DPD detectives, but I take it that they are now on the subsystem?
