[TrunkCom] PA's state system (PSRS)

Well, I don't know, how about patches how many of them are being used, and
what about the old ysstem have any frequencies gone silent altogether.
Oakland County is already on a Motorola TRS, and some of the frequencies
have been removed from the Motorola system and now have Open Sky data on
them but I haven't heard any patches from system to system.
