[TrunkCom] PA's state system (PSRS)

Well, no matter who the vendor is, they'll have to take into account the
mountains and all of the slopes and everything in your state, but I guess
that Connecticut is doing well with their system, and maybe someone could
clarify on here.  Our big thing with 800 MHz in Michigan be it cellular or
the state's system or whatever is that in Northern Michigan nearby where I
used to live when I first joined trunkcom a while ago there is a lot of
wilderness, and it presents a challenge for everything, but it isn't so much
of a problem in the cities.
