You know that would be even easier then say PA ssaying that they have
scanners available for that system exclusively, and just give a URL to go to
to monitor whatever is unencrypted.  There was a rumer several years ago
about Open Sky systems having a specific scanner for monitoring that system,
and I don't know what became of that.
