[TrunkCom] Clock now running on 800 MHz rebanding

Okay. I just happened to think of them as Lindsay mentioned the 'larger' 
EDACS systems. With EDACS, won't they have to re-program every radio for 
the new LCNs? As opposed to Motorola systems where they just plug in the 
new SysID (if it changes),  and new control channels and go from there. 
I think I got that figured correctly?
