[TrunkCom] Clock now running on 800 MHz rebanding

I meant 851.0125
They (Cleveland) are between 851.0125 & 855.3375 with the last 4 
channels used for control only and 1 channel for the CW-ID only. Leaving 
23 'channels' for their use in the system.
