Err... Didn't I just say this on this very forum having courteously cut
out the WI references?
Anyways... Thanks for the feedback, Tom S... It's fun to speculate about
how things will play out. Maybe you're right about current budgets and
tight timeline....mine is an industry "outsider" point of view. Is that the
true plan for NPSPAC? Pretty much dropping it 15MHz? Didn't read all the
blurbs...
