[TrunkCom] Open Sky and Florida's pro-voice system and update form University of Michigan

Marcel:  According to MA/COM, the OpenSky protocol is based on the CDPD
protocol.  http://www.opensky.com/about.asp  2 people have confirmed =
this
sound for me in areas where they have implemented this.

Scott B.:  If it "doesn't sound right at all", perhaps you'd like to =
explain
your position.  Why bother commenting on something if you don't want to
spend the time to back it up.

I admittedly used the same sample for my CDPD and OpenSky listings, =
because
to the ear, I could not detect a difference with the samples I was sent.
It's quite possible that a busy channel may sound different from an idle
channel, etc.  I'm always open for more samples....  Anything under =
10MB.
