[TrunkCom] FCC says "250D" has NOT been type accepted.

OK, so the city found a way to make money on something they really can't
sell. They don't have a leg to stand on if you refuse to pay them. I
believe that Ohio also forbids radar detectors. That don't mean they
can, just that they get away with it and it makes it easy for those
without easy access to radios and programming. It's like alcohol. You
can't stop it so charge a tax and make something on it.
