[TrunkCom] More Ohio MARCS talkgroup confirmations, and BC250D is really nice

Hi Scott and the group.  I have heard on another list that this new
scanner and card will be illegal to the general public in Canada where you
are, but that doesn't stop you from coming across to Michigan or something
like that to buy one when they come out.  Are you planning on it at all?
	As for that law it is being debated and could be changed some time
down the road, but for now it will be illegal.Also, I think that some
people will be encrypting some time down the road, and LAPD is talking
about it once they make the move withnneighboring cities to 6.25 KHz
spacing which won't be for a couple more years.
