Based on the trunker file I received for this some time back, the base and
offset should be 160.935 and 15KHz.
It is HIGHLY doubtful that end of train telemetry is on this system as the
system only is in Portland and would become unusable as soon as the train
left town.
It's more likely the system is used for signal controls, data terminals, or
voice (though short, regular transmissions would be odd for voice).
