I'm curious as to where you got this information. Those frequencies are part of the nationwide AAR allotment. I've never heard of any repeater use on these frequencies and can't think of where the inputs would be. 

Just in case I'm wrong I'll do a search for info tomorrow. I have better resources at work than home.
