[TrunkCom] 9.6 K trunked systems

What about the currently being installed State of Illinois
STARCOM 21 800MHz system??? Does anyone know what the specs
are for that system?  I recently heard that it is currently
being tested in Springfield by the State Police Radio Lab.
 Any truth to that information??
