[TrunkCom] 785/250 and 9600 baud

Hi Shawn and the group.  When digital APCO-25 came out and Michigan
started in 1996 and 97, and a few other agencies I thought everyone would
be screwed, but like you said there are not many 9600 BAUD systems around,
and I have talked rto some people off list who are still planning on
buying a scanner.  Does anyone know anything about the delay that has also
been another rumor?
