That is pretty much what happened with The Southwest
Regional Communications System
There are quite a few suburbs on this system.  
Strongsville Ohio is one of them.  All P.D. &
F.D./Squads havve Moto Radios but the Service
Department is E.D.A.C.S. so there is a Talk Group link
between the two.
