[TrunkCom] PL and connect tones

Hi Wayne, and sorry for this with the CC issue with the way this E-mail
program is set up. What do LTR and EDACS use then anything? I've noticed
something else with LTR and that is with some users of this system around
me the repeater hangs on for them longer then it would for others, and
some users tend to stick to one frequency, but that could be the case with
Motorola or EDACS if you are steering people to certain freqs, but this is
just an SMR, and the repeater stays on longer for some people then it does
for others, and not always does this happen.
