Greetings All,
This would be correct. And it is has absolutely nothing
to do with Uniden's AFS. If you rest on the EDACS Control
Channel with a PRO-92B, it will indeed render (display briefly)
the active talkgroups in the Decimal format, with an indication
of the current LCN used by the talkgroup.
When no active talkgroups are present, it will render on the
display the Control Channel's current LCN number. I believe
even if you have it on the wrong LCN slot. These displayed
numbers look like Uniden's AFS, but are not. And have
absolutely nothing to do with it.
