[TrunkCom] Detroit / Windsor TRS

Most interesting that these two cities that share a
border, a bridge, a tunnel, and a river should start
to share frequencies and talk groups.  That must of
took a lot of coordination between the cities, the
state/the province ,and the FCC and the DOC.
Who knows, maybe we will see more of thses systems in
the future.
