[TrunkCom] TRUNKER display on laptop

Depends on the age of your laptop. Mine is about 2.5 years old and the default
screen size is 1024x768. Can go higher (1600x1200) but everything is off
centered. I think some of the newer laptops properly show the higher resolutions.
I would imagine some older laptops only go to 800x600 or even 640x480.
