Well, I hadn't heard anything from the rep that I could tell you all about
here in Michigan for along time, which was basically something on your
page and something that has been posted here.It was that Motorola was
suing Florida for this change because they were initially already the
contract to build that system. Our rep in Michigan hasn't said anything
to me in a long time about it, so I was wondering what the latest was on
that sit? I'm surprised that there hasn't been a law suit in Michigan
with Consumer's Energy which is going to be EDACS but in the Detroit area
we had a Motorola type II smartnet system, but Consumer's Energy works all
over the state, especially in the northern part, but nothing is really come
on about them being sued as well by Motorola who could have built
Consumer's Energy a system that could have been upgraded to work with the
state's system if needed in the future.
