Jeff,

Nashville never was VSELP.  They started out as an IMBE system.
Cleveland is rumored to migrate their infrastructure to APCO-25, but the
latest I heard was the cost and logistics were a little prohibitive
right now.  That was second hand knowledge though...

Also, the Nashville system is using the 3.6K control channel right now.

The Florida system is moving along.  There are reports of sites coming
up and broadcasting EDACS control channels in the Tampa St Pete area.
With the aggressive timetable that Com-Net has, you can bet you'll see
lots of sites coming up early this year.  The IMBE ASTRO system in S FL
is going to stay around for a while, and will be the last to convert to
EDACS.
