I think that Radio Shack employees would need just two years of college in
electronics, but I don't know. I know that when it comes to trunked radio
coms and things like that some people don't even realize there is a trunked
system. I can remember visiting one store back in1994 in a city that had
just gone to 800 MHz trunking and the sales person at Radio Shack wasn't
even aware of it, and gave me a few low band or high band freqs.
