As far as I know only the DOT is on it, the State Patrol thought about and
decided not to.  The only person I know who works for the DOT is a radio
tech and I'm sure he would give it a thumbs up regardless.  As far as I know
it works OK, I do know they have added more sites in the last few years.
Kind of hard to monitor with one channel constant open carrier with
occasional voice and the other channels TXing a data burst every 10 seconds.
