[TrunkCom] outside antennas

I don't think I will be able to do two feedlines, but I know that someone
on here posted about this a while ago and a discone was mentioned and they
have had good luck with 800 MHz. In general since I have moved 800 MHz
reception has been better since I now stay up stairs, and I am getting
more then I would have expected even with what I have on my BC245 What
ever I get will have the BNC connector that will accomidate my scanner, and
then with the Kenwood THF6A for ham that I have I will have to get a
convertor, wwhich I can get for next to nothing, and am I correct in
assuming that the BC250D will also have a BNC connector for the antenna? I
am going to have someone help me with this, and if I do mount I will be
using the TV antenna mass, but I'm wondering now what has beenused to
accomidate all three bands, I know it is a bit of give and take here, but
as I said I figure if I am doing this to address my ham issues I might as
well look into something for scanning especially with the new BC250D that
hopefully will be here in a few weeks.
