A discone works for 2 metre doesn't it and I think 70 cm as well but I may
be mistaken. No gain and not the greatest for 800 but if your limited to one
antenna or one feedline.....

There are lots of low profile commercial 800/900 antenna's out there you
could consider if it's in the budget and can have two feedlines in your
situation.
