nope- it reads the *key identifier* which IS NOT THE KEY.

I mean really, do you think we are idiots out here?

THERE IS NO piece of equipment out there, service monitor or otherwise, 
that can decrypt DES-OFB just by reading the data over the air.  You MUST 
know the key to decrypt the data.

Sure, the key-id can be displayed, what good is that going to do?  There 
is a BIG DIFFERENCE between "key id" and "key".  

Your service monitor CANNOT decode DES-OFB without the encryption key 
being inserted into the radio by a keyloader.  Period.  End of story.  We are 
right and you are wrong.  We win.  You lose.  Over and out.

Marcel, I'm sorta surprised at your stubborness.  You are an industry 
*professional* right?
