[Troop139] Troop 139 Meeting Notes - 20130408

Hi Folks!



We will have a meeting this week and every week going forward as long as
either I, or another Assistant Scoutmaster is available to run the meetings.

 

This week, Mr. Carlos will be in charge and will be planning for our
demonstration of shelter-building at the upcoming Weboree at Camp NoBeBoSco
on April 26-28.  There is a stock of rope, tarps, poles and tent stakes in
the Troop room which should be used for practice.  If the weather is good,
you can move up to the Parish Life Center garden to practice setting them
up.

 

We will also be doing some communications technology demonstrations, but we
will work on that in the next few weeks.  This is a staff position and we
will be VERY WELL FED!  We will be sleeping in tents.  

 

Sign-up is by Tuesday.PERIOD.  This deadline is out of my hands.  There is
no fee, just let Mr. Carlos know of your intention to participate.
