Hi Folks!

Enclosed is a cover letter and a copy of the survey that Archbishop John J.
Myers, the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Newark filled out on the subject of
the BSA Membership Policy Survey.  

This pastoral guidance is pretty clear and consistent with our current
practice.   We await the vote by the BSA National Board later this spring.

Greetings,

The following email was sent today to all Pastors, Principals, and DRE's

"Please find attached for your information and necessary action, a detailed
memo from Jim Goodness, Director of Communications and Public Relations
along with a two-page Survey form from the Northern New Jersey Council, with
responses from Most Rev. John J. Myers, Archbishop of Newark pertinent to
the Scouting Membership Standards. Thank you for your attention to this."
