FLEA MARKET IS TOMORROW (Saturday, December 1)
The last reminder is that we are having a Hamfest/Craft Fair/Flea Market, tomorrow, Saturday, December 1 at Conlon Hall.  You and your scouts are needed to help run the event.  
 
Reminder to parents:  There is one thing I would like to mention to all the parents, you are welcome to participate in the Flea Market.  Tables are $15 each and you can sell ANYTHING!  Go through your house and find things you don't want that are gently used or new and turn it into CASH!  Do you have a craft, then sell that.  Do you know of anyone who is a vendor?  Let them know that they can sell their stuff on Saturday.  Pass the word along.
 
 
When we need you and your scout
Late on Friday (tonight) night.  About 9:00 PM or so
 
Saturday Morning (tomorrow): In the morning, starting about 6:00 AM.
 
The event will feature the usual Christmas gift stuff and some technical toys from various ham radio vendors.  
 
We are also going to have an opportunity to "play" a bit.  We have been asked to demonstrate Ham Radio to a group of Cub Scouts at 10:30 AM.  We will need to set up equipment and antennas in front of the cafeteria and also get things going to show the kids what they can do.  
 
Please be sure that you have signed up with Mr. Beattie for both the Friday setup and also the Saturday activities!
