We will also need 2-3 parents to help in the kitchen tomorrow. Perhaps from 6-10, 10 -1, 1-3 or something like that. The early shift would be helpful.

LEA MARKET IS TOMORROW (Saturday, December 1)
he last reminder is that we are having a Hamfest/Craft Fair/Flea Market, 
omorrow, Saturday, December 1 at Conlon Hall.  You and your scouts are needed 
o help run the event.  

eminder to parents:  There is one thing I would like to mention to all the 
arents, you are welcome to participate in the Flea Market.  Tables are $15 each 
nd you can sell ANYTHING!  Go through your house and find things you don't want 
hat are gently used or new and turn it into CASH!  Do you have a craft, then 
ell that.  Do you know of anyone who is a vendor?  Let them know that they can 
ell their stuff on Saturday.  Pass the word along.

he event will feature the usual Christmas gift stuff and some technical toys 
rom various ham radio vendors.  

e are also going to have an opportunity to "play" a bit.  We have been asked to 
emonstrate Ham Radio to a group of Cub Scouts at 10:30 AM.  We will need to set 
p equipment and antennas in front of the cafeteria and also get things going to 
how the kids what they can do.  

lease be sure that you have signed up with Mr. Beattie for both the Friday 
etup and also the Saturday activities!
