[Tower-Speak] ELECTRIC TOWER WINCH

I have a 52 foot crank up tower, Hy-Gain HG52SS and I'm getting tired of
cranking it up or using my drill to crank it back up.
Does anyone have a suggestion on a 120V AC electric winch for this tower. I do
not want to modify the winch mounting plate. I would suspect that a pulling
range of around 3000 pounds is needed? The winch must also hold up the tower,
naturally, over a long period of time without anything other than it's own
positive brake or worm gear arrangement. Worm gear would be the better choice.
