Knoxville area ONLY!!!!

Can anyone dial into E-911 and see if they are taking calls???

Phone lines are screwed up all around knoxville.  If you disconnect you may
not reconnect.   Fast busies and all circuits busy recordings.  Cellular is
affected as is many other services.  Im connected on my T-1 at work.

I talked to Ralph, WB4CTW and he can dial into Knoxville okay.  Hes in Oak
Ridge.
