...snow advisory in effect tonight and monday morning for all
of middle tennessee...
a weak low pressure area will sweep southeastward out of the
middle and upper mississippi valley tonight...and move across
middle tennessee tonight and monday morning. temperatures
are expected to be at the freezing mark later tonight over all
of middle tennessee...which will allow for additional accumulations
of snow between one and two inches on the cumberland plateau...and
accumulatons between one half and one inch elsewhere.
some slippery conditions will likely accompany the snow late
tonight and monday morning...especially along higher elevations
and on bridges and overpasses. snow that melted on roadways
sunday along the cumberland plateau will likely refreeze later
tonight and add aditional travel problems for motorists.
