...additional light snow expected tonight...

.an upper level disturbance over the mid mississippi valley region
will sweep quickly across the cumberland plateau and tennessee
valley tonight. this disturbance...combined with lingering low level
moist and cold air...will create the potential for additional light
snowfall and snow accumulations overnight.

roads...bridges...and overpasses in the advisory area are slippery
and hazardous. snow covered roads have made travel treacherous.
exercise caution if travel is necessary and allow plenty of extra
time to reach your destination.

stay tuned to noaa weather radio...local radio...television...or
cable television for the latest updates concerning this developing
weather situation.


...snow advisory through early monday morning...

light snow showers will develop again tonight...possibly producing
one to two inches of additional snowfall by daybreak.
