[TheForge] Gas-saver problem

I don't use acetylene and never have. A good friend does and has a gas
saver, and, as Frosty says, it pops every time he hangs up the torch.
Possible rationale: Acetylene tanks are of necessity at low pressure.
Oxygen tanks are at high pressure. Conceivably shutting off the acetylene
first might somehow enable high-pressure oxygen to enter the acetylene line
or regulator - a bad situation. I can't see how this could happen if all
is working well, but if the gas saver valve were faulty, maybe then?
