Larry Brown, who haunts this list from time to time, has had any amount of
trouble with his shoulders, stemming from little accidents on the job.  He
advocates physical therapy -- and doing the recommended exercises they give
you A LOT.  I've had a little shoulder trouble and followed this advice and
my shoulder is fine now -- so long as I don't sleep on it.

As to media, I won't do Facebook and don't care what I miss.  I do Reddit
sometimes, groaning over all the wannabe blacksmiths asking the same
questions *over and over again.  *In their defense, Reddit kinda rolls off
the edge making it hard to find older posts sometimes.
