[TheForge] Oxygen & Acetylene cylinders

Yes - it does seem to be a problem. I bought cylinders from a business in
Austin Texas. A few years later I went back to the same business to refill
them. They told me they could not since I did not purchase the cylinders
from them. I told them that I did purchase them there - but they claimed to
have no record of that and refused to refill them
