[TheForge] food grade coating

The kitchens are all stainless steel. These counters are where the
ordering is done, or the condiments are kept.
I wasn't involved in the decision process as regards what goes where,
just built as designed. The reading I've been doing
suggests that if it cures, its "food grade".
I've been wondering if a "better clear coat" maybe permalac, and then a
carnuba wax finish. If they keep up the waxing,
it might protect it.
