The result of CRIMINAL acts by both private and "government" entities.

Pension funds have been raided countless times.  That is felonious 
action and all who have done so should go to prison for not a minute 
under 20 years at hard labor.  Shame on all of us for having sat by like 
watermelons as these parasites sucked us dry.
