Actually, that's pretty fascinating.  Pay to be a citizen.   I need to study 
up on that further.   There must be a lot of rules to go along with that.

BTW, I'd sell the properties in Illinois.   No sense paying taxes on those 
to support the regime.   Pick a place you like if you need somewhere for 
roots.
