in the current economy what do i do with the houses i own out right in
illinois. there are no mortgages on any property. each adult child has a
house to live in. they just need to pay the utilities and keep the home
up. if the water heater dies they replace it. the other ones are
question marks. i have thought of just "mothballing" them just in case i
want to come back for a long extended visit.

many decisions and significant amounts of money to consider.
