[TheForge] L brand Coke

I don't know from L-Brand Coke, but we use coke all the time at our
open-forge meetings. Kindling is essential, but I've got it started
using only newspaper. Others prefer to add wood. It does tend to
make a fool of you, especially when somebody is watching....

My normal procedure is to ball a generous amount of paper, ignite it, and add a scoop or 2 of green coal around the edges before adding any coke. If all I have is coke, I'll add twigs to the paper, or charcoal if I have it. Paper really doesn't burn hot or long enough to reliably ignite coke.
