I have afib and have been on rat poison for 10 years now. My
coagulation rate I see when i get it tested(finger stick) once a
month. 2 is on the edge of too thick 3 is on the edge of too thin. You
can eat your normal diet just don't over do it. They can adjust your
dosage .Common sense and moderation are the key.I have found that the
nurses at the doctors tend to follow the agressive  method of
treatment and try to keep me too thin. I think it is to up profits on
lab tests. I have to read them the riot act every so often.
