[TheForge] What do you use?

I have used PEG on other wood projects, it will keep wood dimensionally 
stable, don't know why it wouldn't work on hammer handles.

Don't know about antifreeze used this way. Unless it is the propylene 
glycol variety it is poisonous. These guys definitely don't recommend it...

This stuff would most likely work as well, but the dispenser might cost 
more than the adhesive.
