We had Irene for about 36 hours, all day Saturday, Saturday night and Sunday morning. We got around 8" of rain with max wind gust of 62 mph and steady wind in the 50's. Only a few power flickers. Lotsa limbs and green pecans in the backyard. Some water in the basement but the sump pump work fine. The Lord was good to us. Others were not so blessed.

I'm wondering how folks up the East Coast are doing?  Just heard via
TWC of tornadoes in Lewes, DE, flooding in NC and VA.  Loss of power,
etc.

I live in NJ but am in Harrisburg, PA, where it's just raining so far.
I'm wondering what I'll find when I get back to NJ.
