[TheForge] Power Hammer for Nicaragua

I think building their own power hammer is a great idea.  What hasn't been 
discussed is do they have the ability to weld the hammers together.  Maybe 
you should look into what kind of welder they can support. Do they have 
power or do they need to have a gas powered welder, or maybe one of those 
welding outfits that you can run off of a car battery.
