Partly agree. They, too, are citizens and share responsibility with
the rest of us. If they uniformly refused to enforce crap law, the
nation would be better off. Of course, if they went back to being
"peace officers" vis-a-vis "law enforcement officers" the nation would
be better off yet.

fault. That includes everyone.
