I haven't used the one that you pictured, but I do have one of these:

nice saw, but as with any saw, you still get chips... just no abtrasive
dust. Mine has plenty of power, a 14" (355mm) 80 tooth blade that turns
at a modest 1400 rpm. Two minor problems. The first was a cast iron vise
jaw that was in the path of the blade... the first trip down under power
took care of that. The otrher was operator stupidity. Even though this
is a saw, it still generates heat... do not try cutting 4140 and the
ilk. Self harding is tough on the blade, it still cuts but I took off a
litle of the edge. Now I need a diamond hone.. ;<(
I might see what can be done to add water cooling. It is other wise much
like a abrasive cutoff saw in construction. It is not an industrial cold
saw, but then again it was at least $2000 (£1357) cheaper
