As Mike says name tags are easy.  Color coded wrist bands are even easier 
and my guess cheaper.  The Folk School uses them for Fall Festival -- they 
used about 15,000 for the 2 days this fall.  You can have one color for paid 
members -- full access and another color for limit access public areas.
